Recently at the Google IO 2017 Google announced Google Assistant for iPhones.
iPhones from the very beginning had their own personal assistant "siri" and it's the best Assistant available on iOS platform while Google Assistant has recently gained a lot of appreciation in the recent months.

Now users with iPhones have an option to use even the Google Assistant on their phone apart from siri.

Let's start with launching ... When it comes to launching Siri on iPhones it's really simple you just need to say hey siri but Google Assistant's ok Google Hotword doesn't work on iOS you should launch it by clicking on Google Assistant icon.


Another back drop of Google Assistant on iOS is that it can't launch apps or perform system functions. Apart from that even setting an alarm doesn't work.
