WhatsApp's new update helps to free up space on Android!!

Whatsapp new update is all set to free up space on your device. WhatsApp usually takes more and more space as time passes by .
This space or run out of storage problem is faced a lot in many lower end Android phones and some of the higher end phones. The new WhatsApp beta update allows you to clear up storage by getting rid of the images, Gifs and other files that usually clutter up a lot of storage on our phones.

HOW TO GET RID OF STORAGE?
This feature is currently only for beta WhatsApp users and will roll out for normal WhatsApp users very soon.

For beta users here's how you can free up storage..

-head on to settings menu of WhatsApp and go to data and storage usage

-now go to storage usage.                                                

-now you'll see your contacts along with the size of their chats you can select them directly from there and

Clear then out.                                                                      

-after selecting a contact you'll get the list of the number of images, Gifs exchanged. Click on manage messages and select the things you want to delete.

      

-now tap on clear messages and you're done.
